For the past four years, Erica has been the calm in the chaos at Metal Solutions. As Office Manager, she handles accounts payable and receivable, oversees new hire documentation, and steps in wherever she’s needed to keep things running smoothly. If you’re an onboarding team member or a customer strolling through our main office, you’ve likely already met her or at least seen her name in your inbox.
Erica’s one of those rare people who actually likes solving problems. Whether she’s untangling a billing issue or tracking down missing paperwork, she’s at her best when things get tricky and takes pride in making sure crew members and customers alike walk away with exactly what they need.
She’s seen the company through plenty of twists and turns and still shows up every day with quiet confidence, a steady hand, and a love for the team around her.
